Barn – 1st Floor

The barn is two stories with the billiard room and exercise & storage rooms occupying the second floor. The first floor offers over 800 sqft of storage space with wide opening doors on each end.  There are stairs to the second floor, a firewood storage bin and plenty of shelving and overhead storage. There is a full concrete slab floor throughout except for in the wood bin. Also, in the south east corner there is a 275 gallon storage tank for kerosene that supplies the monitor heater in the workshop / garage.
